عَبَسَ
وَتَوَلَّىٰٓ
١

He frowned and turned ˹his attention˺ away,

أَن

جَآءَهُ

ٱلۡأَعۡمَىٰ

٢

˹simply˺ because the blind man came to him ˹interrupting˺.¹

وَمَا

يُدۡرِيكَ

لَعَلَّهُۥ

يَزَّكَّىٰٓ

٣

You never know ˹O Prophet˺, perhaps he may be purified,
